The Star Council is a unknown council yet a powerful council that oversees a certain location within the Omniverse known simply as The Land That Never Was. At its head is a being named Xeirn, around him are an additional nineteen members. Each member is well versed in Darkness related abilities as well as other skills and weapons they had before becoming members.
