The Omniverse is a writing game. and as such everyone writes stories together. In such a manner that is fun, inviting, and collaborative on all fronts. However there are a few things that must be made clear on how the Omniverse is governed.
MAIN RULES
NOTES ON POST FORMATTING
NOTES ON WHO IS WHAT
Who does what in the Omniverse ? The chain of command as it were is pretty simple here. namely, if two players are unable to come to an agreement, they are to contact an Omniverse Storyteller, these fine folks have control only over the Omniverse and can help guide people into the games and stories easily. So, the ranks are listed as thus
Site Admin
Global Moderator
Moderator
Omniverse Storyteller
Now, this does not mean that Moderator, and Global Moderators have say over the Omniverse Storytellers {Or Storytellers of other games}, far from it. This merely means that Moderators are called upon should a rule be broken or if a Omniverse Storyteller or any other Storyteller calls upon them for aid in a matter.
Please do not think a Moderator outranks a Storyteller, they do not. Storytellers of different universes run their games as they see fit. Moderators help them when or if called upon.
Omniverse Storytellers can only defer cases to the Moderators on a case by case basis, However there are limits to what a moderator can do. If a Omniverse storyteller calls upon a Moderator, if agreements still cannot be made, the moderators may call upon the Global Moderators, as a last resort ,the site admins are the final say in all matters.
Chances are however one may be able to find an agreement long before staff get involved
Please try to listen and work with the Storytellers before the Storyteller calls upon a Mod. Otherwise there will be issues.
MAIN RULES
- Writing format is third person past tense, the primary focus here is to make an easy reading experience for all involved.
- Backing Content, in the old Multiverse, backing content was the major factor in determining the winner of a conflict, be it a bar fight or epic space battle. In this case because we are so new here, backing content will give way to common sense. This is for good storytelling and collaboration among writers
- On Metagaming, in the Old Multiverse, "Metagaming" the act of using OOC knowledge to influence In Character events and character knowledge was not allowed. However, we have chosen to use Metagaming to influence and add to the drama for the benefit of good storytelling.
NOTES ON POST FORMATTING
- Please do not use the color brown
- Put quotation marks (") around all dialogue, whether you use color for them or not.
- You may use either the Quick Reply box to make posts, or the full Reply button to make posts in any IC or OOC thread

- Any OOC comments in an IC thread should be in small size font. Only short OOC comments of direct relevance to the IC activity should be in the IC threads. Anything else must be posted in the OOC threads, not in the IC threads.
